How to download a PDF statement from HDFC Bank

  1. Log in to HDFC NetBanking at hdfcbank.com and go to Accounts, then Enquire, then View/Download statement (in the HDFC Bank app: Accounts, then Statement, then Request Statement).
  2. Choose the account and the statement period.
  3. Select the PDF file type and download the statement.

What to check after converting

  • The result is marked Reconciled — the rows reproduce the closing balance exactly. If a difference is shown instead, our guide to why a statement does not balance walks through the usual causes.
  • Check your totals against the Statement Summary block — it is printed on the statement for exactly this purpose.
  • If your HDFC PDF arrives bundled inside a larger document (for example a certificate file), convert it and keep only the statement rows; the summary totals tell you when the set is complete.
