Convert NET Credit Union bank statements to Excel or CSV

NET Credit Union issues combined member statements — savings and checking summarised in one document, delivered through its Documents area. Download the PDF statement, upload it here, and get every transaction as a spreadsheet that is checked against the statement's own opening and closing balances before you download it.

The NET Credit Union statement layout

These notes come from real NET Credit Union statements our reader has been tested against, not from a template guess:

  • The statement is a combined member statement: savings and checking activity summarised in one document.
  • Quiet months are normal: a statement can legitimately show mostly zero amounts when an account sees little use.

How to download a PDF statement from NET Credit Union

  1. Sign in at netcreditunion.com (login at the top right) or in the NET Credit Union app.
  2. Open the Documents tab — in the app, tap More, then Documents.
  3. Filter by the account and the Statements document type, set the date range if needed, and open the statement to save the PDF.

Steps summarised from NET Credit Union's own eStatement guides.

Once you have the PDF, drop it into the converter — you can check the result before you pay for anything, and the first 10 pages each month are free.

What to check after converting

  • The result is marked Reconciled — the rows reproduce the closing balance exactly. If a difference is shown instead, our guide to why a statement does not balance walks through the usual causes.
  • A short export can be the right answer for a quiet combined statement — judge it against the summary totals, not by its length.
  • If the statement covers savings and checking together, split the exported rows by account before importing them anywhere.
  • Spot-check two or three rows against the PDF, especially around page breaks. Our guide on how to check a conversion shows a two-minute routine.
