How to download a PDF statement from Navy Federal Credit Union

  1. Sign in to Online Banking at navyfederal.org, or open the Navy Federal app.
  2. Open Statements (in online banking, the Statements link in the menu; in the app, tap More, then Account and Tax Statements).
  3. Choose the account and the statement — up to 36 months are kept when you are on paperless delivery — and save the PDF.

What to check after converting

  • For card statements, confirm the exported rows add up to the new balance printed in the summary block.
