Convert Revolut bank statements to Excel or CSV
Revolut statements are minimal by design: a dated list with a description, one signed amount, and the balance after each row. Download the PDF statement, upload it here, and get every transaction as a spreadsheet that is checked against the statement's own opening and closing balances before you download it.
The Revolut statement layout
These notes come from real Revolut statements our reader has been tested against, not from a template guess:
- One clean table: date, description, a single signed amount, and the balance after each transaction. There is no debit/credit split.
- Business statements are issued per account and currency — the tested statement is a GBP business account statement.
- The layout stays the same whether you pick a preset month or a custom date range.
How to download a PDF statement from Revolut
- Open the Revolut app and tap Accounts under your balance, then select the account (currency balance) you want a statement for.
- Tap More, then choose Statement.
- Select the dates, choose the PDF document type, and tap Generate to download the statement.

What to check after converting
- The result is marked Reconciled — the rows reproduce the closing balance exactly. If a difference is shown instead, our guide to why a statement does not balance walks through the usual causes.
- With one signed Amount column, the sign does the work: spot-check that refunds show as positive and card payments as negative.
- A custom-range statement still prints opening and closing balances, so the balance check applies exactly as it does to a monthly statement.
